Sushi By Bou to Launch Holy Hotness Handroll on International Women's Day

In honor of Women's History Month, Sushi by Bou is launching a fiery collaboration with Holy Tshili, a woman-owned brand known for its unique spicy everything chili crisp. This limited-edition Holy Hotness Handroll will be available at all Sushi by Bou locations nationwide starting on International Women's Day, March 8th, for $14. This innovative a la carte handroll is a fusion of silky salmon tartare and Holy Tshili Everything Chili Crisp, creating a perfect balance of umami, heat, and crunch
Simple Venue and its growing portfolio of omakase restaurants including Sushi by Bou, is co-founded by female CEO Erika London. "We're thrilled to partner with Holy Tshili, another brand built by a talented and passionate woman," says London. "This collaboration is a celebration of female ingenuity and creativity, and a delicious way to honor Women's History Month."
The Holy Hotness Handroll at Sushi by Bou will be available at all Sushi by Bou locations including New York, New Jersey, Chicago, and South Florida starting March 8th.
