Sweetbriar kicks new Happy Hour, Bourbon Master Class

Get a sweet deal on wine at Sweetbriar's new Somm Select happy hour!

Sweetbriar's new Somm Select happy hour is available Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5:00-6:30PM, beginning Tuesday, Sept 6, in the front lounge area only. Guests will be able to enjoy weekly-rotating selections of wine from Sweetbriar's cellar, chosen by Beverage Director Ivan Papic and Sommelier Society of America's Dylan York. These special reserve wines will be available for by-the-glass tastings (via the Coravin system) and are affordably priced. There will be 1 white, 1 red, and 1 skin contact (when available) option. Additionally, guests will be able to enjoy 1/2 off any of Sweetbriar's wood-fired, naturally-leavened pizzas, $6 draft beers, and a $12 specialty cocktail (seasonally rotating).

Woodford Reserve Bourbon Master Class at Sweetbriar

Sweetbriar will be hosting a Bourbon Master Class with Woodford Reserve on Thursday, September 19 at 6:30PM. This intimate class costs $65pp and includes a Woodford Reserve bourbon tasting (with snacks prepared by Executive Chef Bryce Shuman) as well as a hands-on cocktail class and demonstration led by Sweetbriar's Beverage Director Ivan Papic and Woodford Reserve's brand ambassador. In addition, guests will take home cocktail kits and hand-rolled cigars. Tickets will be live on Resy soon.
