Sweetbriar's Bryce Shuman to host Farewell to Foie dinner

Sweetbriar’s Bryce Shuman and D'Artagnan Foods are holding a “Farewell to Foie” place at NYC's private NEXUS Club on October 20th. The dinner is open to the public and will include a 5-course tasting menu featuring Hudson Valley Fois Gras.
The menu includes Smoked Foie Gras with Kabocha and Buckwheat, Foie Gras Terrine with Parsnip and Sesame, Foie-men with Pork Belly and Black Allium Oil, Roast Muscovy Duck with Foie Mustard and Chard, Foie Gras Creme Brulee with Brioche au Tete
The Nexus Club NYC is located at 100 Church St 7th Floor, New York, NY. A reception will be held 6:30PM with dinner to follow at 7:00PM. The price is $155pp (+$120pp w/ wine pairings). Reserve here
The NYC ban on foie gras has yet to take effect and remains in the courts.
