The Pilot has begun accepting reservations at Brooklyn Bridge Park's Pier 6. The seasonal oyster bar is located aboard a wooden schooner that has sailed the world twice in its 100 year history. The menu features sustainably harvested oysters from across the U.S. and British Columbia. Other offerings include Scallop Ceviche, Lobster Rolls and Caviar Service. Cocktails come with names like the Revolucion, Permanent Vacation and I'm the Captain Now.
