Tantalizing Bahn Mi sandwiches at Bahn on UWS
February 2, 2021, 6:43.57 pm ET
If you are a fan of Bánh mì sandwiches, Bánh on the Upper West Side is the place to be. Located on Amsterdam Avenue on the Upper West Side, Bánh delivers on flavor with its traditional Vietnamese sandwiches. Our favorites is Bánh Mì Thit Nuong made with luscious BBQ pork belly on an warm, super crispy baguette topped with pickled vegetables, jalapeño slices and sprigs of cilantro. It’s an excellent bite. A traditional Bánh mì with house pate is also available along with chicken, brisket and vegan varieties. Diners will also discover thinsg like shrimp summer rolls served with a hoisin-peanut sauce, noodle bowls with sizzling beef and a variety of pho and noodle soups. Vietnamese iced coffee and other traditional drinks are also available.
