The Canary Club, the chic supper club on the Lower East Side, is saying “cheers” to some exciting new cocktails that will help fuel those late-night disco parties. The coctails are named after artists and art pieces from the Dada and Surrealist movements and include.
Dada Mezcal - mezcal, génépy, pineapple, lime, pink peppercorn (above)
Fette en Monde - blanc rum, creme de banane, bitters, pineapple
Frida’s Flame - vodka, cranberry, ginger, pineapple, citrus, habanero
Sans le Plat - gin, Japanese whiskey, ume, citrus, egg
Van Gogh’s Ear - Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac, cachaça, grenadine, citrus, absinthe
and more.
While there, enjoy some roasted oysters from the wood-fired oven, escargot with roasted garlic, and fried chicken with voodoo spice and waffle fries. A rotating selection of jazz, funk and soul will have you dancing the night away.
Cheers!
