For those in search of a dining experience like no other, look no further than Hutong’s Flaming Duck. Hutong’s Barbecue Master, Chef Martin Mak, with 50 years of culinary experience is flambéing the duck tableside and carving it on the spot.
The flames are intended to bring out the intense flavors of aromatic chilies, while giving a crispy texture to the duck’s skin. The duck is served with a special sauce, julienned vegetables and steamed buns.
The showstopping Flaming Duck is only available for five RSVP meals per night through pre-paid online bookings Monday to Thursday. The Flaming Duck costs $116 and serves up to 6 people.
Hutong is a fine dining establishment specializing in Northern Chinese cuisine, dim sum and cocktails.
Hutong is located at 731 Lexington Ave, New York, NY
