At Cecily in Brooklyn, an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages are offered, including Ruby My Dear featuring Figlia Fiore Aperitivo with strong notes of clove, orange, and rose. Cecily's General Manager Alex Groher-Jick says, “In the Ruby, My Dear we look to accentuate the winter spice notes with the addition of cinnamon demerara syrup. We boost the floral vibes with some rose water and top it with soda and a splash of lemon to make a delicious pre dinner cocktail."

The other is the Sparkling Artemisia. Grape verjus with two types of artemisia, mugwort and wormwood, are used for the base for this cocktail. Groher-Jick says,"The verjus brings some tartness and body to the cocktail, and the artemisia gives it a clean, herbal bitterness. To this we add honey, lemon and top it with some na sparkling rose to create an alpine Bee's Knees Riff."
