The Lambs Club Returns with a New Head Chef
April 6, 2022, 7:01.30 pm ET
The Lambs Club, a luxe Art Deco restaurant at The Chatwal Hotel, is making its return on April 11th with a new chef leading the kitchen. Michael White is serving as Executive Chef, replacing the Geoffrey Zakarian, the popular Food Network Iron Chef, who parted ways last fall.
The new menu begins with East and West Coast Oysters from the raw bar along with Golden Ossetra Caviar and Shrimp Cocktail. Other appetizers include Steak Tartare with cornichons, capers, crème fraiche, grilled baguette, and Jumbo Lump Crab with asparagus, radish, peas, and lemon oil. A 12 Ounce New York Strip Steak with peppercorn sauce and French fries is counted among the entrées, along with Pan Sautéed Dover Sole with capers and brown butters, and a Veal Chop with asparagus, morels, fondant potatoes, and cipollini jus.
Located in the heart of the Theater District, The Lambs Club is a perfect spot for a special night.
