The Standard Grill is jazzing up its Brasserie menu with new Executive Chef Paul Hargrove leading the way.

The menu features warm winter dishes like Sausage Frites(stuffed charcutière sauce, shoestring fries) and the famous Million Dollar Chicken (bread drippings, chicken jus), alongside cozy cocktails like the Meatpacking Manhattan (Rye, Bacon, Amaro, Vermouth, Chocolate Bitters), served smoking.

Other options include Broiled Whole Lobster (sweet corn butter, gremolata fries);
Swordfish Schnitzel (apple sauerkraut beurre blanc, smoked trout roe); and The Standard Burger (grilled onions, cooper’s sharp, gribiche, sesame bun).
