The heat is in the seat at Franchia
December 29, 2020, 11:04.50 pm ET
Park Avenue's Franchia has come up with a unique way to keep its outdoor diners toasty during the winter months. Forget those massive gas-driven heaters, at Frenchia's the heat is in the seat. Diners can actually regulate the heat from a cord attached to each seat until their buns reach the perfect comfort level.
Franchia's food is decidedly vegan. Look for things ike Soy "Chicken Satay" Sticks, Kale Dumplings, Spicy Miso Ramen and Coconut Tom Yum Noodles. For dessert, there's Blueberry Coconut Cake and gluten-free Tiramisu. Prix Fixe offerings are also available per person or by the group.
