The Woo Woo, a new adult-themed cocktail bar has arrived in Times Square offering cocktails and seduction. The speakeasy can be found below from The Mean Fiddler.
Inspired by the sexy, seedy underbelly of Times Square in the 1980s, guests travel down a graffiti strewn staircase and into an adults-only sex shop (just for show for now) stocked with authentic '80s porn magazines and videos that guarantee a blush or two between friends. Follow the door marked xXx to find your way inside. But be prepared. You could be asked for a password. Maybe the host at The Mean Fiddler can give you one? Push open the VCR bookcase portal and take a step back in time.
The cocktail menu also takes a cue from the 80s with drinks ranging from sweet cosmos topped with cotton candy to a spicy La Bamba made with chipotle, or the Donkey Kong made with homemade banana bitters. There’s also a drink paying homage to Prince featuring a purple rain ice cube. Bar bites are also offered like sliders, tacos, flatbreads and buffalo chicken spring rolls.
The space is also equipped with a photo booth by Photomatica that prints color and b&w photo strips. Add an email and you will receive a gif of the memory.
The Woo Woo is located at 266 W 47th St, New York, NY
