Truffle Season Arrives at Momofuku Noodle Bar

Momofuku Noodle Bar is bringing back its Truffle Ramen to celebrate truffle season, available now at its East Village location. The dish features a decadent roasted miso broth with freshly shaved Burgundy truffles, chives, and a thick slice of truffle butter for added richness.

For almost 20 years, Noodle Bar has been serving iconic, famed dishes like Smoked Pork Ramen, Ginger Scallion Noodles and Pork Belly Buns, and large format meals like Fried Chicken and Caviar. The Truffle Ramen is available alongside signature dishes, in addition to rotating seasonal specials.

The restaurant also recently introduced a selection of handrolls, including Extra Spicy Tuna, Spicy Scallop, Glazed Pork Belly, among others, and two new large format options, Whole Roasted Suckling Pig and Bucket of Fried Chicken.

Noodle Bar opened, chef David Chang's first restaurant, opened in the East Village in 2004. The restaurant has received numerous James Beard Awards, including Outstanding Restaurant for three consecutive years, and a Michelin Bib Gourmand award.
