Truffle Season is in Full Swing in NYC

New York City restaurants are taking full advantage of truffle season this year. Here are some options if you hunting for the tasty subterranean fungi.
Heirloom Squash from The Lambs Club, with Australian black truffles, pistachio, and miso.
White Truffle Sliders from Quality Meats, with freshly grated white truffles on top of soft scrambled eggs in a buttery mini potato roll.
Steak Tartare Rossini from Quality Bistro with foie gras and burgundy truffles.
Baked Potato Ravioli from Restaurant Marc Forgione with shaved white truffles (above).
Calzone Fritto from One Fifth with quattro formaggi and white truffle fonduta. Other white truffle specials at One Fifth include Fresh Tagliatelle with truffle butter and a Wild Mushroom + Tallegio Pinsa with shaved white truffles.
