Vito Schnabel Gallery is pleased to announce Cirica, an exhibition of new ceramic-based paintings and sculptures by Lola Montes. The exhibition opens November 16th at 43 Clarkson Street in New York City. Over the last two decades, Lola Montes has consistently embraced cross-medium experimentation, applying her vision to painting, sculpture, and film. With her new ceramic works on view in Cirica the artist debuts the outcomes of her most recent material research in collaboration with local artisans in Sicily, where she has lived since 2018.

Venus Over Manhattan is pleased to announce Seth Becker: A Boy’s Head, marking both the artist’s debut solo exhibition in New York and the gallery’s inaugural solo presentation of his work. A Boy’s Head follows Becker’s participation in the gallery’s 2022 group exhibition Small Paintings, and builds upon recent solo presentations at Pamela Salisbury Gallery, Hudson, and Castle Gallery, Los Angeles. Borrowing its title from a poem by Miroslav Holub, A Boy’s Head will be on view from February 1st to March 9th at 39 Great Jones Street.
