White Noise Coffee Co. Opens New Shop in Hell’s Kitchen

White Noise Coffee Co. is opening its third location, this time in Hell's Kitchen. The shop is serving up freshly prepared house-roasted craft coffee, and a growing number of homemade food offerings.

The beverage menu features everything a coffee-lover could want, from single-origin espresso, to lattes, drip, cold-brew, and a signature Cortado. Additional beverages include hot chocolate, organic tea, fresh-squeezed lemonade, juices and tea. Food offerings include an egg sandwich on brioche bun with choice of smoked salmon, prosciutto and bacon. Avocado Toast and homemade Riccotta Toast are also on the menu.

White Noise was started by Vanessa Kim who was born in Argentina of Korean descent. With landlords reluctant to lease space to someone so young, Kim convinced her parents to transform their Korean bodega in Flushing, Queens into the first White Noise location. Kim credits her father’s demand for perfection and quality as key factors in her success.
