Z EATZ, a new concept from Zucker’s Bagels, opens in Tribeca’s Bogardus Plaza at 5 Hudson Street. Owners Matt Pomerantz and Dan Pace set out to create the most delicious versions of some of New York’s most iconic street foods that go well beyond just bagels & schmears.
The kiosk offers freshly-brewed La Colombe coffee, Blue Marble soft serve, Feltman’s hot dogs including a signature “Z Dog”, Pat La Frieda sliders, classic breakfast wraps and more. Tribeca is Zucker’s home neighborhood where they opened their first shop in 2006, and they now operate 6 shops in Manhattan.
Next up, the team will open a new bagel shop along Bryant Park with their first-ever bar program in the former Tender Greens space. Stay tuned!
