aRoqa Launches New Summer Cocktails in Chelsea

aRoqa is now offering a refined menu of Indian-inspired cocktails by Beverage Director Prasad Pawar (Michelin Starred-Vestry by Shaun Hergatt), along with new menu items.
Cocktails include the Bombay Gateway (Gin-infused with Kaffir lime and lemongrass, lime juice, egg white, and simple syrup); Indian Sunset (Vodka with rum, mango passion fruit purée, lemon juice, and a rose hibiscus syrup); and The Inferno - above - (Lemon Heart Spiced Rum, fresh carrot juice, ginger juice, and ginger cinnamon syrup).
Brunch and dinner options include Fried Chicken with Masala Waffles, Butter Paneer Mac and Cheese, and Prawn Cutlets made with chopped prawns with a blend of South Indian spices, and golden fried panko crust.
