noreetuh, the Michelin-recognized Hawaiian getaway in the East Village is now showcasing an award-winning wine list available for takeout and delivery.
The creation of three Per Se veterans, Chef/Co-Owner Chung Chow, who previously worked with Thomas Keller at Per Se and Jonathan Benno at Lincoln, helms the kitchen working with Managing Partner/Co-Owner Jin Ahn. Ahn has crafted the wine program featuring over 250 different wines. The list has an emphasis on French and German selections and features a large number of Rieslings with a spotlight on international cult producer Chateau Musar.
The wine is available for takeout and delivery through ChowNow, and the full wine list can be viewed here.
The menu pairs with all the wines personally selected by Ahn, including Pineapple Braised Pork Belly with mustard greens and miso glaze; and Mochiko Fried Chicken marinated in their secret recipe and served with assorted pickles, Hawaiian style macaroni salad and King’s Hawaiian rolls.
