twiggy to go is a new grab-n-go concept in TriBeCa from chef and caterer Mitchel London and his business partner Thomas Mikolasko. London was the former chef at NYC's iconic Gracie Mansion during Ed Koch's mayoral tenure in the 80's.

London and Mikolasko originally planned on opening a full-service restaurant – until the pandemic hit last Spring. Instead, they pivoted and opened twiggy to go, which offers sweet and savory pastries, prepared foods, and London’s signature cakes for carryout and delivery. They have plans to renovate and open the restaurant in the same space in early 2022.

Chicken Paillard Sandwich
The twiggy to go menu (with everything made on-premises daily) features an ever-rotating selection of seasonal specialties that include salads, soups, sandwiches, and tarts, an assortment of meat, fish, and vegetable mains, and sides including potatoes and a variety of grains.

Crab Cakes
Specialties include chicken (Herb-Roasted (above) and Old-Fashioned Fried Chicken), quiche (Lorraine or Chèvre Asparagus), a Roasted Tomato, Gruyere, and Basil Tart, and Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. London, who is well-known for his sweets, is also baking confections like Maple-Glazed French Crullers, Rustic Apple Tarts, Chocolate Devil Dogs, Vanilla Meringue Cake, Tarte Tatin, and more, daily.

Delivery is available in Manhattan – with 24 hours advance notice – via the Dinner at Home program. This summer, Dinner at Home delivery will expand to the Hamptons as well. The eatery also offers wine, beer, and specialty cocktails to go.

In the Spring, twiggy to go will add outdoor seating on the curbside patio and full-service dining. Catering and special menus are also available for holidays and events.
