Tom Colicchio's downtown destination, Temple Court, is celebrating Valentine's Day with a romantic five-course menu in its elegant dining room in The Beekman, a Thompson Hotel. Tom Colicchio and executive chef Bryan Hunt re-imagine classic dishes such as Belon oyster “Rockefeller,” Maine lobster with chanterelle mushrooms, tournedo Rossini with Wagyu sirloin and foie gras. Guests will finish on a sweet note with Paris-brest with hazelnut and banana or l'opera torte with coffee and chocolate by pastry chef Abby Swain. more
