The frozen Margarita Unicorn at Loreley Beer Garden is part of its summer-long Margarita Beach Club pop-up running through September 8. The eye-catching cocktail is a blue frozen margarita garnished with a pineapple wedge (and leaf), a maraschino cherry and an umbrella, and it’s served in an inflatable unicorn that guests can keep — it’s the most fun drink to cool off with this summer in NYC! Loreley Beer Garden is located at 7 Rivington St, New York, NY
Photo: Kuun
Kuun’s Gochu Margarita is a Korean riff on the classic spicy margarita. Instead of relying on jalapeño peppers for heat, gochujang — a spicy, savory, fermented red chili paste that’s a staple in Korean cooking — is used in the tequila cocktail, along with lime juice and triple sec, to add a fiery touch. The bold, spicy profile of the cocktail stands up well to the delicious, rich flavors of Kuun’s dishes, like the smoky-sweet LA Kalbi BBQ (thinly sliced marinated beef short rib served in a sizzling skillet) or classic Hot Stone Bibimbap. Kuun is located at 290 Livingston St, Brooklyn, NY
Celebrate National Tequila Day at the al fresco spot Cobble Fish, located on Pier 16 at the South Street Seaport with their special "Ice Cream Funday" promotion! Visitors can enjoy a cup of ice cream or sorbet accompanied by a free shot of tequila at the seasonally-opened dining and drinking destination and make time to check out their amazing seafood, refreshing summer cocktails, and vibrant atmosphere.

In celebration of National Tequila Day, Psaraki, which is opening on Wednesday, July 17th, is showcasing one of its seasonal and well-balanced cocktails, Santorini Margarita, made with tequila, Assyrtiko Wine, Greek Thyme Honey Syrup and Lime. Psaraki is a traditional urban Greek restaurant on the Brooklyn waterfront. Psaraki, meaning “little fish” in Greek, is the creation of longtime hospitality veteran, James Paloumbis; the restaurant evokes the charm of seaside tavernas found along the shores of Greece.
Frozen Watermelon Margarita available at Balcón Rooftop, a chic, open-air terrace with stunning panoramic views of New York City’s skyline located in the The Marmara Park Avenue, a boutique luxury hotel in NYC. The Frozen Watermelon Margarita features Flecha Azul Blanco Tequila, fresh watermelon, agave, and Angostura bitters.

The Highlight Room
The Smoking Dove is The Highlight Room’s take on the Paloma with an herbal twist and hints of earthiness and smoke (Ilegal Joven mezcal, La Gritona Reposado tequila, Empirical Spirits Ayuuk blend, grapefruit juice, lime juice, chamomile mint syrup, top with soda water).
Silver Lining’s Sins, Not Tragedies is a savory variation of a margarita with a hint of spice from the homemade habanero-ginger syrup (Volcan Blanco Tequila, red bell pepper juice, lime, habanero ginger syrup).
