The newly opened Down & Out in the East Village will welcome walk-ins from 4pm until 2am with a DJ spinning, as well as cocktails & oysters, and no cover all night long – plus a champagne toast at midnight.

TLK is the perfect celebratory spot for health conscious New Yorkers including vegan specialties. Even the cocktails come with gluten-free spirits. A DJ will be spinning tunes on New Year’s Eve. There will also be a free champagne toast at midnight. No cover.

Loreley Beer Garden on the Lower East Side is hosting a New Year’s Eve Masquerade Party. The night includes a 5pm - 10pm happy hour, a free Champagne toast at midnight with the ball drop and no cover all night. Guests who bring their own mask will also receive a free beer (0.2 liter).

Starting at 9pm, guests can join Gugu Room’s New Year’s Eve Party with drinks and music all night long, as well as a Champagne toast at midnight to ring in the New Year. All other drinks and food are a la carte. $20 cover charge (from 9pm).

Known for its modern Korean fare, 8282 will be hosting a New Year’s Eve party on December 31st from 10 pm - 1 am. Tickets are available $35 which includes general admission, DJ, Karaoke and a glass of champagne to toast.

Hawaiian wine and dining destination noreetuh will be open from 5 pm until late on December 31st, providing budget conscious diners with an ideal New Year’s Eve experience. Guests will be made to "feel like they are among friends and family" to ring in the New Year.

For those wishing to celebrate with their loved ones, the partions can come down. According to its website, the Times Square location will be closed on NYE.
