February 1, 2022, 1:22.59 am ET
Starting Tuesday, February 8, the Hakumai Martini will be available at Nakaji. This Japanese-inspired "martini on the rocks" was created in collaboration with Kenta Goto (owner/head bartender of Bar Goto) and features Japanese white rice vodka, Kijoshu, Hinoki bitters, and chef Kunihide Nakajima's special pickled sushi ginger. The price is $18 and a portion of proceeds from each cocktail will be going to Heart of Dinner, a non-profit organization focused on assisting the elderly in the Asian community throughout NYC.
