Al Coro Reveals its Farewell Menu in the Meatpacking District

Al Coro’s final menu is running now through December 23rd when the iconic Michelin-starred restaurant closes its doors for good and the team begins preparations for a new concept.
For this final menu, Executive Chef Melissa Rodriguez and the Al Coro team will bring back the greatest hits from their seven tasting menus, including guest favorites.
Highlights include: Marinated Corona Beans with Fried Artichokes and Grissini; Sprouting Cauliflower with Currants, Pine Nuts, Capers, Roasted Grapes; Lasagna with Radicchio, Squash, Toma, Parmigiano, Duck Jus; Black Sea Bass with Funghi Trifolati, Swiss Chard, Trumpet Mushroom, Marsala; Sicilian Chicken with Farinata Pancakes, Mostarda, Black Truffle Chili Crisp, Chestnut Caponata; and Hazelnut Yuzu Panna Cotta with Citrus Crumb, Pomelo, Olio Fresco, Meringue.
