Who needs to travel to Long Island or Upstate New York for a wine tasting? Brooklyn Winery, located on the Greenpoint-Williamsburg border, is launching weekly wine tours and tastings, a rarity in a metropolitan area.
The tours will take place every Tuesday evening starting May 2nd at Brooklyn Winery’s gorgeous new location. The winemaking team will lead guests through the winery, production space, and barrel room. Staff will educate guests on all things winemaking – from harvesting and sourcing to fermenting and bottling. Guests will also receive an inside look at Brooklyn Winery’s operations and how their team manages the challenges of producing wine in an industrial setting while getting a taste of five wines produced at Brooklyn Winery.
Led by Winemaker Chuck Gergley and Executive Director Conor McCormack, Brooklyn Winery prides itself on detail, carefully overseeing every part of the winemaking process. The tours + tasting are a perfect Mother’s Day gift, date night activity, or for a celebration with friends and family.
Tickets are $45 per person and can be purchased here
