Park Asia is one of the few massive dim sum houses in Sunset Park where food is still delivered by hand cart. Here you will find everything from dumplings and rice rolls to chicken feet, and ribs in black bean sauce. The restaurant is also known for its Peking Duck served tableside with crispy duck skin served with fluffy steamed buns and hoisin sauce.
Other dishes meant for sharing include General Tso’s Chicken, Ginger Dungeness Crab and Cantonese Lobster. Food is served on large tables banquet style in the restaurant’s massive dining room.
Park Asia is located at 6521 8th Ave, Brooklyn, NY
