Chef Emile Desmet is the New Resident at Fulgrances, Laundromat in Greenpoint

Emile Desmet will begin his residency at Fulgrances, Laundromat on November 1st. Desmet is the former Executive Chef of Le Chateaubriand in Paris known for its innovative French bistro fare that embraces the "bistronomy" movement, by taking traditional dishes to new heights.
Chefs at Fulgrances take over the kitchen for a three to six month residency. Past residents include Galen Kennemer, the former executive chef at Blanca, and Victoria Blamey who rose to fame at Mena.
Desmet will remain a resident through November 31st. Reservations can be made via Resy.
