Cocktail Time - Oh Oh Cherie at Victor

If you are looking for a cocktail that might just be a bit out of your comfort zone, try the frothy Oh Oh Cherie at Victor in Gowanus. The drink combines light rum with maraschino, violet, citrus and egg. We call it, "purple pleasure."
Other offerings at this new Mediterranean spot include Byrrh Me! with byrrh, contratto bitters and prosecco, and Many Moons of Love with rye, fino, and lo-fi gentian amaro. If you're looking to spice things up, there's El Diablo, a mix of tequila blanco, sassis, ginger beer and lime. Cheers!
