Curtain Up Broadway Festival Set for Times Square

Playbill, The Broadway League, the Times Square Alliance, and Prudential Financial have announced details for this year’s Curtain Up Broadway Festival, a three-day outdoor experience to take place September 30- October 2 in Times Square, between 45th and 48th Street.
The festival will include over a dozen free events including a Kick-Off concert, The Broadway Block Party, nightly Curtain Up After Dark concerts, and The Curtain Up! LIVE from Broadway concert.
Participating artists include Amber Ruffin, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, John-Andrew Morrison, James Jackson Jr., Norm Lewis, Brittney Johnson, Kerry Butler, T. Oliver Reid, Conrad Ricamora, Jeanna de Waal, Morgan James, Corey Mach, Rob Evan, N’Kenge, Jen Perry, Max Sangerman, Jeremy Schoenfeld, and Sam Behr.
