Dinner at The Fulton as indoor dining returns to NYC
February 22, 2021, 12:08.38 am ET
We had been looking for an excuse to go to The Fulton, Jean-Georges' tribute to the sea at Pier 17. We found it with the resumption of indoor dining as we took in the sweeping views of the New York City skyline and Brooklyn Bridge. Here a look at our meal:
A Seafood Plateau for two with shrimps, oysters and sashimi
A fruity Prosecco driven cocktail
Red Snapper Ceviche with melon and cucumber
Shrimp Risotto with black truffle
Longevity Noodles with Maine lobster in a green chili and ginger broth
Black Sea Bass with Swiss chard
Green Apple Cobbler with cinnamon ice cream
The Fulton is a perfect spot for a romantic meal. Try to score a table near the window, although any spot on the second floor offers fantastic views. Service was quite good and we'd give the food 3-1/2 out of 4 stars.
The Fulton is located at 89 South St, New York, NY (212) 838-1200 Reservations via Resy
