Erbaluce Opens in the Flatiron District

Erbaluce, which offers an innovative take on Italian crowd favorites and multi-regional dishes, coupled with menu items expertly curated to highlight local meat and game offerings, is now open on 46 West 22nd Street in the popular Flatiron district
The restaurant is being brought to life by serial restaurateurs and entrepreneurs Marco Britti and Andreea Milgram. Chef Nick Anson is responsible for the menu, while veteran mixologist Joy Daniel has crafted the cocktail menu.
Erbaluce offers appetizer options such as Parmigiana Crocchette, Grilled Ox Tongue Bruschetta, Stracciatella alla Gamberoni and Chicken Liver Pâté. For the second course, diners get to choose from a variety of pastas including Roasted Bone Marrow Gnocchi, Lobster Ravioli, Rigatoni alla Carbonara, and Strozzapreti & Wild Boar. And for the main course, options include Grilled Black Sea Bass, Porchetta of Berkshire Pork and Venison Osso Bucco.
