Warm & Fall Drinks: Spooky season brings cooler temperatures and warm drinks! Bar Manager Victor Bautista has whipped up a delicious new potion for the season – warm cocktail More Boo’s Please with pumpkin infused gin, chamomile, Boomsma bitters and lemon, perfect to sip on in their cozy outdoor dining tent. For bourbon lovers, Smoke Break is a blend of fig-infused bourbon, Cardamaro amaro, Braulio, maple, walnut bitters smoked with cherry and apple wood chips, while At the Bottom of Everything marries bourbon, Averna, amarena cherries, mint, basil and lemon. Spice Up Your Life with fennel-infused gin with star anise, cinnamon, grapefruit and egg white or enjoy Glass Case of Emotion, a Gin, Lillet, salers and apricot cocktail injected into a glass sphere with a large syringe.

Mezcal is one of the favorite spirits of Bar Manager Victor Bautista who hails from Mexico City. He features mezcal in many cocktails and in case you are working on any roundups for National Mezcal Day on Wednesday 10/21, here are some suggestions: the refreshing and spicy Ring the Alarm with smoky mezcal, red chili infused aperol, pineapple juice, fresh lime, agave and chili bitters; The Cure with morita chile infused tequila, Cappelletti amaro, cassis, hibiscus, agave and lime; and Pineapple & Rosemary Infused Mezcal, one flight of the three mini infusions on the Flight Risk. Concord Hill is located at 374 Graham Ave, Brooklyn.
