Concord Hill's new fall cocktails and indoor dining

Concord Hill in Williamsburg opens for indoor dining in addition to their outdoor dining, takeout and delivery. With 25% capacity, they are able to accommodate 16 guests in their newly renovated space. Concord Hill is also a part of Open Streets and will continue offering outdoor dining in a tented area with side protections, plus guests can bring their own blanket, a new take on BYOB.

Fall weather means fall cocktails – and bourbon - to help warm you up. Smoke Break mixes a blend of fig-infused bourbon, Cardamaro amaro, Braulio, maple, walnut bitters smoked with cherry and apple wood chips, while At the Bottom of Everything marries bourbon, Averna, amarena cherries, mint, basil and lemon. For gin lovers, Spice Up Your Life is a blend of fennel-infused gin with star anise, cinnamon, grapefruit and egg white, while Bright Future blends Porter’s Gin, Lillet and saffron liqueur. Bar Manager Victor Bautista makes The Cure with morita chile infused tequila, Cappelletti amaro, cassis, hibiscus, agave and lime. The Taeko Sour offers lower ABV with Mizu Lemongrass Shochu, chamomile, lemon and egg white. Despite its name, the Flight Risk isn’t a risk at all since it includes three mini infused cocktails: Pineapple & Sage Infused Rum; Fig, Peach & Thyme Infused Mezcal and homemade Limoncello.

Inspired by seasonal ingredients, the frequently-changing menu currently offers Andouille Sausage & Eggplant with truffle butter and Spanish piparra peppers; calvados, cinnamon and apple glazed Pork Chop with mashed potatoes and P’tit Basque cheese; Prime NY Strip & Mushrooms with 10oz strip of vaca vieja (mature beef), sautéed mushrooms and Madeira wine; and Lobster & Smoked Eggplant Spaghetti with heirloom tomato sauce and half a lobster out of the shell.

For indoor dining, Concord Hill is following state guidelines, all tables will be 6 feet apart and servers will have face shields in addition to their mask. Reservations accepted by phone or OpenTable.
