Chinatown has been hard hit by the pandemic, and now with indoor dining banned, area restaurants could use your support more than ever.

Cook and author Grace Young - who's dedicated her career to celebrating wok cookery with multiple award-winning cookbooks and videos - is teaming up with the James Beard Foundation to launch #SaveChineseRestaurants.

The goal of the campaign is simple: help ensure that Chinatown neighborhoods across the country are able to survive the pandemic. Chinatown restaurants are in a death spiral, harder hit than the general restaurant population, as they were hit first and particularly hard. Most mom-and-pop Chinese restaurants have historically relied on low prices to draw a high volume of foot traffic, and have been ill-equipped to pivot to a delivery-only model that includes delivery app fees that cut into margins. Additionally, 43% of Chinatown restaurants don't have websites.

Now, #SaveChineseRestaurants is showcasing menus from four popular NYC restaurants for the holidays:
