Lux Dining for Christmas & New Year's Eve at Jungsik in Tribeca

The holidays are the perfect time to spoil yourself and loved ones, and Jungsik in Tribeca has created a Christmas Eve & Day dine-in and delivery experience that is sure to be the most memorable of the year.

The two-starred Michelin New Korean restaurant, helmed by Executive Chef Suyoung Park, previously the Sous Chef of Jungsik Seoul and Pastry Chef Eunji Lee, who has been regarded as one of the best pastry chefs in America, will be offering a holiday menu for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve priced at $275 per person with an optional wine pairing at $225 per person.

The menu will feature eight courses with highlights including Osetra Caviar, Bluefin Tuna Belly with white sturgeon caviar and crispy quinoa; Lobster confit with grilled lobster, jut guk beurre blanc (Korean clam broth beurre blanc), herb salad, finger lime, and herb oil; Royal Bibimbap with pearl barley risotto and foie gras, wagyu beef shaving, parmesan cheese, kimchi and fresh black truffles; and acclaimed Pastry Chef Eunji Lee’s Mini Truffle Cone with a fine slice of truffle, atop truffle Chantilly, chocolate caramel and fleur de sel. Jungsik offers beautifully spaced indoor dining as well as a new outdoor dining space that offers completely private cabanas with electric heaters.

For those looking to stay in, they will also feature a special to-go menu on Christmas Eve and Day for $135 per person and this will consist of five courses spotlighting a seasonal salad, Yookhwe Bibimbap (Wagyu Beef Tartare mixed rice), Lobster, Galbi, and a Christmas Wreath dessert.

Lastly for New Year’s Eve the team at Jungsik will feature a champagne and caviar package for two for $175. This will include 1 oz. of Osetra Caviar with a half-bottle of 2013 Louis Roderer Brut Rose It will come with caviar accoutrements of chives, creme fraiche, shallot, egg, and seaweed crisps.
