Kyma is re-opening its dining room with 25% capacity on September 30th, taking guests out of NYC and onto the Greek islands, even if just for a night. All safety protocols required by the city will be implemented; Kyma has also changed all their filters to MERV 13.
Kyma’s island vacation aesthetic and white brick walls are perfectly complemented by a menu of elevated Greek comfort food, including Kyma Chips (crispy slices of zucchini and eggplant with tzatziki), Tomato Salad (Kyma’s classic Greek salad), Grilled Octopus (with roasted peppers, onions and capers), Lamb Chops, Branzino and raw bar. Plus, cocktails such as the Kymatini, Mykonos Mule, and Smoke n Fire.

For those who aren’t ready to eat indoors just yet: Kyma’s outdoor garden in partnership with Chateau D’esclans’ Whispering Angel will remain open. The patio embraces the vibe of the South of France, utilizing vines not only to help create safe social distancing setups, but to symbolize the grapes and wine making process, while incorporating the regions signature blue hydrangea. Twinkle lights, leafy palms, lavender, and various bottles of Whispering Angel were incorporated into the installation to add to the whimsical romance of the setup. It is also announcing hot cocktails.
