Leaving the Thanksgiving cooking to someone else this year

Thanksgiving will look different this year and Olivia Cooks For You, a gourmet meal delivery service from a former Grange Hall chef, will offer a full Thanksgiving holiday feast for delivery in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Brooklyn-based Chef Olivia Williamson, has created a fantastic feast with options both traditional and meeting various dietary needs like vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and vegan. Centerpiece choices include a traditional 14-16 pound Herb Butter Roasted Organic Turkey that serves 10-12 ($125); Porcini, Garlic and Rosemary Crusted Beef Tenderloin (serves 10, $150) and Roasted Butternut Squash and Sage Lasagna (serves 10, $65).
The sides and condiments, which serve 6-8 generously and can be purchased without a main if they meet the $125 minimum (plus tax), include:
- Bourbon Glazed Organic Garnet Sweet Potatoes ($40)
- Roasted Brussels Sprouts with sriracha and honey ($40)
- Honey Roasted Organic Carrots and Parsnips with thyme ($40)
- Haricots Verts “Green Bean Casserole” with creamy sautéed wild mushrooms and crispy shallots ($45)
- Caramelized Cauliflower with crispy toasted chickpeas, fresh cilantro and tahini ($45)
- Apple and Sage Stuffing ($30)
- Fresh Herb, Corn and Cornbread Pudding ($30)
- Organic Classic Potato Puree ($35)
- Steamed Green Beans with garlic and lemon zest ($40)

Extras like Cranberry and Orange Chutney; Rich Red Wine Demi Glace; Cognac Spiked Herb Turkey Gravy; and Creamed Pearl Onions with herbs are also available.
Orders must be placed by end of day Saturday 11/21 via olivia@oliviacooksforyou.com, menu and more details here: https://www.oliviacooksforyou.com/special-events/. They will be delivered on Wednesday 11/25 in Brooklyn and Manhattan. For Thanksgiving, there is a $125 order minimum (tax extra) plus a flat $20 delivery fee, but there is no minimum if the main or side dishes are being added to an already existing weekly meal service delivery order for that week.
