Pork and Chive Dumplings
Start with some Pan-Fried Pork and Chive dumplings tossed in a garlic soy vinaigrette or Crab Rangoon with crab, cream cheese, scallion and sweet chili duck sauce.
Shrimp Toast
The menu also includes dishes like Shrimp Toast, white bread slathered with a mix of shrimp, water chestnut and sweet chili duck sauce, and Cha Siu Pork Belly Buns made with slow-roasted pork belly, pickled carrot & daikon, fried garlic and cilantro on a mantu bun.

There are two takes on fried rice, one with a medley of abalone, oyster & shiitake mushrooms, and another with slow-cooked oxtail and tendon with jasmine white rice, egg, onion and scallion.
