Pecking House, the super popular chili fried chicken pop-up from former Eleven Madison Park sous chef Eric Huang, will be collaborating with The Noortwyck, the new seasonal American restaurant from former EMP chef Andrew Quinn and former EMP Wine Director, Cedric Nicaise, for a special one-night-only menu on Sunday, 8/7.
The team will run the following specials – born out of a very close friendship – for one night only:
Chicken Wings with salted egg yolk and caviar, $35
Three Piece Chili Fried Chicken with szechuan peppercorn, $24
Dirty Fried Rice with Trinity, $9
Fried Chicken Sandwich with pineapple and foie gras, $32
Four Piece Chicken two sides and a half bottle of champagne, $100
