Santa is coming to Brooklyn’s Estuary, plus special Chef's Table Dinner

Santa is coming to Estuary this weekend, to fundraise for Friends of Karen, an organization dedicated to helping families who have a child diagnosed with a life-threatening condition. Starting at 11:00 AM, the restaurant is offering the opportunity to take your picture with Santa alongside complimentary hot chocolate and gingerbread cookie decorating from sister eatery Ebb & Flow by participating in its toy drive. Participation is as simple as bringing in a new, unwrapped toy, buying one available on-site or simply supplying a monetary donation. The restaurant is also offering donors the opportunity to sign one of the ornaments on the restaurant’s Christmas tree that will remain in the heart of the restaurant throughout the rest of the holiday season. Executive Chef Sebastein Chaoui will also be serving brunch.

Also on the 16th, Estuary welcomes Grain de Sail, the wind-powered sailing boat delivering organic, biodynamic wines from France back to its One15° Brooklyn Marina with a special chef’s table dinner with wine pairing. The five-course meal starts with an amuse bouche of Oyster served with green apple-seaweed mignonette and red onion caviar paired with Achillée Crémant that’s followed by a French Onion Soup paired with Côte du Rhône Marvilhas Red. Desserts include Petit Fours made with Grain de Sail chocolate paired with Sweet Jurançon – Château. (Limited seating available)
