Savor the Art of Sushi at Shota Omakase’s Exclusive Dinner

Mark your calendars for Thursday, December 12th, when Shota Omakase, Williamsburg’s celebrated Edomae-style sushi restaurant, teams up with the renowned Japanese sake producer Dassai for an extraordinary dining experience. Chef Cheng Lin, known for his masterful techniques and deep respect for traditional sushi preparation, will present a 19-course omakase menu crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients.
The evening’s offerings include ten pieces of impeccably prepared nigiri, featuring fish like Tokujo Uni from Hokkaido and Zuke Akami from Ehime, alongside five otsumami dishes, a hand roll, soup, and two inventive desserts. Thoughtfully paired with seven different Dassai sakes, including the exclusive Dassai Beyond, each course promises a harmonious blend of flavors.
Reservations are available now on Tock and Resy for $525 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity), with seatings at 5:45 PM and 8:45 PM. This unique collaboration brings together the best of Edomae sushi and artisanal sake for one unforgettable night.
