Perched on the 28th floor of Grayson Hotel near Bryant Park, Bar Cima is a sophisticated and seductive rooftop from award-winning group Apicii. The vibrant space boasts breathtaking views of the Empire State Building and both the East and Hudson Rivers with Latin-inspired cocktails.

Located on the third floor of Virgin Hotels NYC in NoMad, the indoor-outdoor rooftop at Everdene spans some 4,000 square feet. Designed in tandem by Brooklyn-based MARKZEFF, the rooftop features three pergolas that define the spaces with intimate seating arrangements. Everdene is a welcome spot for sipping refreshing cocktails, sharing snackable bites like Duck & Foie Gras Empanadas, a Dry-Aged Smashed Cheeseburger or a full meal, all while enjoying signature cocktails.

Duomo 51, a new Tuscan restaurant in Midtown (25 West 51st St), offers stunning views of Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Located on the seventh floor of the Double Tree Hotel, the restaurant features an expansive dining room and terrace with retractable roof that transforms in a green oasis in warmer weather. In warmer months, guests can flow between indoor and outdoor spaces enjoying small bites and perfectly crafted cocktails like the Borrachio Amigo, a mix of tanteo jalapeno, banhez mezcal, pineapple juice, lime, agave, with a tajin salt rim. It is available by the glass or pitcher.
