Star Spangled Specials for July 4th in NYC

The Press Club Grill, a nostalgic Midtown restaurant that pays homage to Herald Square’s heyday as a hotbed for newspapermen, has created a patriotic combo: PCG House Made Hot Dog & Fries and the All American Milkshake, with vanilla, strawberry, and blueberry ice cream topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. The special, priced at $16, will be available for both lunch (12 pm - 3 pm) and dinner (5:30 pm - 10:30 pm) and is available from July 4th through July 7th.
Red Rooster

Red Rooster will be hosting a Fourth of July barbecue on the patio featuring smash burgers, jerk chicken, shrimp skewers, and short rib sandwiches. Adding to the festivity, DJ June will be spinning tunes from 1 pm to 5 pm. Guests can also savor the special 4th of July cocktail, a "Peach 4th," made with whiskey, peach schnapps, peach puree, and lemon juice.

Guests can enjoy a pre-fireworks dinner at Jack & Charlie’s No 118 where Chef Ed Cotton serves up elevated tavern fare including these July 4th must haves; a “fully dressed” Wagyu Hot Dog; and a savory Bacon Cheeseburger with an eight oz. prime beef patty, tomato, gem lettuce, aged cheddar, red onion, and thick-cut bacon.

Schmackary’s, run by husbands Zachary Schmal and Jonny Polizzi, remains one of NYC and Broadway’s favorite places for indulgent unconventional twists on classics. From July 1st through July 4th, they will feature the Independence Slay, a sugar cookie rolled in edible glitter with a hint of almond essence. On July 4th only, Schmackary’s is offering a 20% discount on pick-up orders of a dozen cookies so patrons can drop by to pick up their favorites before strolling over to the nearby Hudson River for the fireworks.
