Sushi by Bou Arrives in Chelsea

Sushi by Boū is launching a 9-seat intimate omakase in Chelsea hidden away behind Bosqe, a bespoke Espresso Bar and Floral Boutique. Sushi by Boū is known for its timed Omakase experience which allows guests to sit back and let the chef decide their menu and unique libations (30 minutes/12 pieces/$60pp or 60 minutes/17 pieces/100pp).
Delicacies include Hamachi (yellowtail); Botan Ebi (spotted prawn); Ikura (salmon roe); Hotate (scallop); O-Toro (fatty tuna); Unagi (bbq eel); and their signature Wagyuni (‘surf and turf’). Hand rolls and other sushi favorites can be made upon request with the freshest highest-quality fish sourced locally and globally. Additional a la carte items are also available upon request, and a seasonal mochi ice cream traditional dessert. The elegant cuisine is complimented by a selection of handmade cocktails, imported sake, and rare Japanese whiskeys.
