Oishii, the vertical farming pioneers bringing quality Japanese strawberries to the US, and The Bakery at Greywind, led by chef Dan Kluger, are collaborating on a new Omakase Berry Yuzu Tart.

The tarts, featuring a light and flaky crust, with added brightness from the Yuzu and delicate sweetness from the Omakase Berry are available from Monday, July 15th through Sunday, July 21st at The Bakery at Greywind.
