Veselka Brings it Big Apple Dumplings and Extended Hours to Grand Central

Veselka, which recently popped up at Grand Central is cooking up some excellent Big Apple pierogis which can only be found at this location. The apple-filled pierogies come steamed or fried and dusted with cinnamon. The make a great side dish (instead of apple sauce) or as a dessert item.
Veselka also recently extended its hours at Grand Central Terminal. It is now opened Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm and Saturday to Sunday from 10am to 7pm in the Dining Concourse. The stand is offering everything from assorted pierogis (including a breakfast pierogi) to Beef Stroganoff, Crispy Chicken Schnitzel and Ukrainian Borscht, among others.
