In honor of National Caviar Day arriving on July 18th, we thought we’d share some caviar destinations in New York City where you can celebrate.

Featured on a 7-course menu at The Oval at La Devozione inside Chelsea Market you will find Marco Polo, linguine cooked in water and oolong black tea with garlic milk foam topped with a generous dollop of Ossetra Caviar.

Soogil is offering Tuna & Caviar - Black diamond Kaluga Caviar, tuna tartare, watermelon radish, finger lime crème fraiche, in a seaweed potato taco shell.

l’abeille in Tribeca recently launched Le Caviar, a luxe caviar service featuring premium osetra caviar ($185) accompanied by accouterments like crème fraîche, chives, egg yolk, blinis and special canapés – available only on the à la carte menu. Guests have the option to upgrade their experience by selecting from three champagne add-ons: Savar 1er Cru L’Ouverture Brut, 2002 Tarlant L’Etincelante Brut Nature and a 2008 Cuvée Rare Brut (additional cost per bottle).

Caviar makes frequent appearances at Mollusca, including its Il Grande Raviolo, a large raviolo stuffed with herb ricotta and egg yolk, topped with Pearl Street Ossetra Caviar and freshly shaved truffle.

There is also the Mollusca Signature Oyster with black caviar, fresh uni, and mignonette sauce.

Sushi Ginza Onodera NY is also paying tribute to caviar with offerings like Hairy Crab, Uni & Caviar.

Also look for Uni wrapped in toro tuna (hand-roll style) with whipped soy sauce and caviar.

Meanwhile, J-Spec's TKG Rice Bowl is a caviar lover’s dream with Uni, ikura, caviar and a poached egg over rice.

Here’s to hoping your caviar wishes come true!
