Tintol, the Portuguese tapas joint in Times Square, has closed. And in its place is the Clubhouse Cafe, a casual spot for Kosher fare. The menu includes your standard burgers and sandwiches, along with fried chicken, duck empanadas and lamb chili. Owner Jose de Meirelles plans to reopen Tintol at a new location downtown.
