For those looking to indulge in a hearty meal while dining out, and also getting back to daily responsibilities in a timely manner, Le Jardinier has created the ‘Executive Lunch” experience.
Executive Chef Andrew Ayala is offering a two-course menu for $58 per person, thoughtfully designed to have guests in and out while still getting a full dining experience. The vegetable-centric menu takes full advantage of the season’s bounty.
For a First Course look for Beluga lentil veloute, wild mushroom royale, and Chicories with creamy parmesan dressing, green apple, and pine nuts. The Second Course brings a choice of Wild Montauk bass with broccolini, pine nut gremolata, and lemon, or, Long Island Duck Parmentier with madeira and root vegetables.
Lunch is available from 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday to Friday. Reservations are available via Resy, and walk-ins are welcomed.
